- With a corresponding Pro membership, participation in all Pro programmes is also possible without registration.

Notes on booking

**Registration for FIZ customers**
You have a FIZ membership and would like to log in for the booking? Please follow the instructions in your welcome email for the first login. Basically the following applies:
Please log in with your FIZ login. Otherwise, your university sports memberships will not be linked to your account and you will not be able to book into the courses you want.
**Single Sign-On (SSO) Users**
If you use Single Sign-On (SSO), make sure that your university address is stored in your account. Only then will your memberships be displayed correctly.
**Technical information**
If the login does not work immediately, try to reload the page (F5 or Shift + F5). On mobile devices, it can be helpful to load the page once in flight mode without an internet connection and then try again with an active connection.
**Registration times**
The staggered registration times for our courses are clearly described in the article on booking the winter semester programme. You will also find countdown timers in the individual courses in the store, which inform you about the time remaining until registration. (👉VERY IMPORTANT!😊)
**Check memberships (beforehand!)**
An active membership must be assigned to your account in order to log in successfully. Before booking, you should check whether your membership (Basic or Pro) is correctly stored in your account. FIZ customers must log in with the FIZ login. (👉ALSO VERY IMPORTANT!😊)

It may happen that the login screen and confirmations open with a delay. Please 🙏 be patient and refrain from unnecessary reloads, as this can further slow down the registration process. Remember that many people are accessing the site at the same time, which can lead to waiting times (technically, lists are being processed) and you will not be alone on our platform (in the store) on this day. So please exercise a little patience, or as André Heller would say: ‘I learnt to wait while waiting’ … and to be honest, we’re always really excited to see how the big booking day goes — we’re excited for you/all of you, but also for ourselves! 🤍🤍🤍
**Fully booked courses**
Don’t be disappointed if a course is fully booked even though you have waited a long time. Sometimes others are simply quicker. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you have luck with another course! 😊
